Custom Designs are tailored to your specifications and created with only you in mind. These items are not excepted as returned goods, but we do encourage conversations to help solve any minor details that may need a little loving attention.
Ready to wear items are accepted by Renee France Designs within 5 business days of you receiving your package. We would greatly appreciate a courtesy email to notify us of your needs, which allows Renee France Designs to best service your needs in matching desires or fully refunding purchase price of garment as long as the garment is in orginal selling condition as when you received your package.
Taxes and shipping cost are non refundable.
All payments approved for return are eligable for a shop credit and or exchange at customer's request.
Standard refunds are returned within 5 business days of Renee France Designs receiving and processing garments/accessories return for full price in the same format in which payment was made.
